- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I saw Rheumatologist Dr. Jegapragasan. This was just a referral from my sports medicine doctor to check on some lab results. The whole team was wonderful! I was called from the waiting room BEFORE my actual appointment time, not 20 or 30 or 45 minutes later, but a few minutes before. The nurse was fantastic(Shamiqua I believe)- fun, spunky, great attitude. Loved her! Then Dr. Jegapragasan was fantastic! She was very thorough in going over my lab results and compared to industry standard results to make sure I fully understood where my results landed in the spectrum. She asked many questions to gain further knowledge of my medical history outside of what is documented in my charts, and allowed me to ask her as many questions as I needed. She never made it feel like I was keeping her too long, I never felt rushed and it was all together a great experience from what in my opinion was a great Rheumatologist.
